Order Processing Time (Production Time)

• All items are made to order. This means that production begins after your purchase is completed.
• The time required to craft and prepare your custom order for shipping is typically 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). This time is necessary for 3D printing, post-processing, and quality checks.

Shipping Times

• Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
