Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of our products being custom-made and personalized specifically for you, we have a modified return and refund policy.

Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order, as production may begin shortly after purchase. Once production has started, we cannot guarantee a cancellation.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We generally do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made or personalized items unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • Non-personalized items may be returned within [Number] days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or you believe it is defective, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) and provide:
    1. Your order number.
    2. A clear description of the damage or defect.
    3. Photographs of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.
  • We will evaluate the issue and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
